What does a second signature add?
Second laboratory measurement matters for a simple reason. A BPC-157 batch checked by one lab is one party vouching for one batch.
A second outside lab is a separate party, with its own name, its own report and its own reading. Two matching records from two parties are much harder to arrange than one.
For this compound, Titreon Analytical runs the main panel. The supplier's live page calls it a third-party laboratory whose quality system is aligned to ISO/IEC 17025:2017, not itself accredited. The second signature sits on the bacterial endotoxin line.
What's the example?
We work from one real example and don't generalise past it. The second lab is Janoshik. The supplier says Janoshik supplies bacterial endotoxin reports on key batches, and the BPC-157 batch shown has one. Other compounds aren't our subject.
The report is the second laboratory's endotoxin report, next to the main panel in the published certificate index. See also the supplier's testing and entity statement and the supplier's BPC-157 product page.
Why is the format a weakness?
To be fair both ways: the second signature is a real strength, but this report is an image, not a document with pages. An image only carries what sat in the frame, so it's easier to crop, restage or fake.
That's why a verification key matters. The supplier says a key on a Janoshik report can be checked at janoshik.com/verify. We didn't run that check, we don't claim the report was verified, and we don't link the address, because it didn't load when we read it on 2026-09-01.
Once you know who tested a batch, the next question is how it connects to your vial: the next question after who tested it. The full list is the ten line certificate request. Or go back to the audit table.
Scope and research reading
We report two things only: what a seller publishes for anyone to open without an email, and what one supplier's certificate for this compound records.
Material like this is sold for lab research, and it isn't an approved medicine. We don't say what the compound does or weigh a purchase against anyone's situation. A question about a person belongs with a licensed clinician.
